My initial contact was with Ray, whom did an excellent job giving me an estimate on what I wanted done in my small yard and walkway., the guys that came out and did the work were superior. They did an excellent job. I’m very pleased with this company. I will highly recommend them to family and friends, and I will be using them in the near future for other little projects.

Workers were great, no problem they did what was required, but the representative of your company mislead me on what was to be done, I showed pictures from a competitor landscaper, representative stated he could bet there , , . price, but since it wasn’t in contract, I was left with uncomplicated backyard , working with owner at present, so he’s been outstanding working on this situation, as amount of rock was way off and the owner did increase the amount substantially to finish the front yard. another landscaper under contract to finish the backyard. Would like to add a comment the manger/owner of Las Vegas yard n block stands behind his words and helped me tremendously on finishing up the backyard,

Rock N Block is one of very few contractors contractors I have used who have gone above and beyond to get a great-looking result. I'm an engineer so I know good work when I see it.There was a mix-up with the initial estimate appointment. The owner, Albert, quickly stepped in. He promised to make things right. Not only was the customer service outstanding but both the price and the finished product were amazing. The crew made some additions to my design that made a lot of difference and they didn't charge me any more than the original estimate.We use our back yard a lot for entertaining. We get many compliments on the work.

Leo was very informative when he initially stopped by to explain the product and what they could offer. Once the installation was scheduled the team stopped by to start it, however I could not get my side door unlocked (my fault), so they had to come back and from there the communication was not so great, as I didn't know what time they'd be stopping by and the supervisor was not responding to my texts - This was my only issue. Luckily, I work from home so I'm always here and was able to let them in once I got my side door opened. They did stop by daily so there was no lag in install time other than what was my fault. The product was installed quickly, efficiently, and looks great. My dog will be so happy to have her new grass. Thanks to the guys who worked so hard on it, we appreciate you! 5 stars to Leo and the installation team!
