What Products Does Rock N Block Warranty Cover?

Rock N Block Turf N Hardscapes provides the following coverage on products and installations, provided they’re installed and maintained according to manufacturer recommendations:

What Happens If There’s a Covered Defect?

Rock N Block Turf N Hardscapes is a licensed and insured installer, holding active contractor licenses in Nevada, California, Arizona, and Utah:

If any portion of your Rock N Block installation substantially changes or fails within the warranty period, Rock N Block Turf N Hardscapes will replace the affected area — excluding installation labor costs, unless the product falls under a labor-covered category (turf and pavers).

All products are guaranteed free of manufacturing defects at the time of installation. Minor color variation and normal wear and tear are expected over time and are not considered defects.

Important: Customers must inspect all delivered products promptly. Any defects, shortages, or non-conformities must be reported in writing within 30 days of delivery, or the products are considered accepted as delivered.

What’s Excluded From Warranty Coverage?

The Rock N Block warranty does not cover:

Damage from accidents, vandalism, abuse, or neglect
Acts of nature (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and other natural disasters)
Damage caused by tree roots or underground disturbances
Use of harsh chemicals or improper cleaning methods
Failure to properly maintain, protect, or repair the product
Damage from third-party work near the installation (plumbing, landscaping, utility work)
Damage from reflective heat/melting or other flammable materials
Normal wear and tear
Repairs or alterations made by anyone other than Rock N Block
Coverage for anyone other than the original purchaser (warranty is non-transferable)

The warranty also excludes damage from installation error, improper underlay, pile crushing, willful/negligent abuse, machinery damage, or products installed by a non-professional installer. This is an expressed limited warranty; Rock N Block’s liability for a breach of warranty will never exceed the original invoice price of the product.

Can I Transfer My Rock N Block Warranty to a New Homeowner?

No. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any attempt to transfer or assign warranty rights without Rock N Block’s prior written consent is void.
