Highly recommend Rock N Block's service! I put a request out on Yelp and they answered with lightning speed. The whole process of redoing our yard was very smooth, leaving extremely little room for doubt or questions. They are quick and precise. The longest part of the process was waiting for HOA approval and Patrick W. stayed in touch with me at regular intervals all throughout. They turned my disaster of a yard into a beautiful hardscape and I couldn't be happier. There was a small mix up regarding the irrigation but that was due to a miscommunication between myself and my spouse; the issue was addressed with expedience. All in all, the work took three days only because there was rain, which slowed progress, but not by much and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Thank you so much to Patrick again, and Osvaldo, Diego, Santiago, and Jose, the production manager - everyone was lovely to work with! My husband and I are extremely happy and appreciative with their hard work and we're loving our yard.

So I just got a job finished with Rock N Block. So first day of the job no one from the office shows up I was originally told that my project manager would be there. Even though the 2 guys that showed up were excellent workers and worked quickly no one spoke English. I do not speak Spanish. When I called to ask where the two people that sold me the job I was told there on vacation. This was very irritating. I was having go wake up my sleeping wife, who works graveyards to speak with the workers with her being bilingual. Rock N Block isn't cheap I expected better service.
When it came to the work there guys were great but also trying to cut corners everywhere they could. When the flower bed was finished it was maybe quarter of an inch deep when I was told it would be 2 to 3 inches deep. Had them come back out but I was at work they tried everything the could to explain to my wife that they only buried my irrigation for the flower bed 2 inches deep... which again I was told the irrigation would be much deeper. With me working most of the remodel this was frustrating. We never truly got the depth that I wanted I'm doing it myself now cause I was so irritated.
Electrical work.... their electrician came out did some work didn't sleeve any wire in the wall above my electrical box and put the outside sleeve going into the wall sideways and bent his pipe by what looked liked banging it on a curb.
I went with this company because of the great reviews they were more then others but could do everything one company not checking in with multiple people and the job at the end of the day was done. We are happy with the end project but it was the customer service side and there guys taking short cuts to get finished faster there customer service was horrible. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with this company. I worked with Wade to design a landscape remodel. He provided excellent customer service and support. We discussed multiple designs and his input was valuable. The bid was reasonable. The team that did my work was A+. Everyone worked hard and went beyond my expectations. Total satisfaction. I strongly recommend them for Vegas. They are expanding into UT and are well worth your time to contact them for a bid.
