Warranty and Product Coverage for Rock N Block Turf N Hardscapes

Rock N Block Turf N Hardscapes warrants the following products and services according
to the terms below:

• Synthetic Turf: 25 years material warranty and 3 years labor warranty from the date
  of installation, when installed and maintained as recommended by the manufacturer.
• Pavers: 25 years material warranty and 3 years labor warranty from the date of
  installation, when installed and maintained as recommended.
• Irrigation Systems: 1-year warranty from the date of installation, provided that
  proper maintenance is followed.
• Patio Cover: 10 years warranty from the date of installation.
• CMU Wall: 10 years warranty from the date of installation.
• SOD: 30 days warranty on installation.
• Plants & Trees: 30 days warranty on installation.
• Concrete: 5 years from the date of completion. Specifically, this includes: o Cracking or Chipping: Resulting from improper installation or defects in materials.
  • Spalling or Scaling: Occurring due to improper concrete mixing or application during the installation process.
  • Uneven Settling: Caused by improper preparation or installation of the subbase.

If any area or portion of the product substantially changes or is defective within the warranty
period, Rock N Block Turf N Hardscapes will replace the aDected areas or portions,
excluding installation costs. Rock N Block Turf N Hardscapes also warrants that at the time
of installation, all products will be free of manufacturing defects. Slight color changes and
normal wear and tear are expected and are not considered defects or a basis for a claim.

Subject to the following limitations:

The general provision of this limited warranty applies to the wear of products with regard to
ultraviolet degradation and does not apply to damage incurred during installation, improper
underlay, pile crushing, willful or negligent abuse, or damage by machinery or equipment. It
also does not apply to any products not installed by a professional installer.

The expressed limited warranty excludes all implied warranties, and Rock N Block Turf N
Hardscapes shall in no event be liable for a breach of warranty exceeding the invoice price
of the products.

Limitations on Coverage:
This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage from accidents, vandalism, abuse, and neglect.
2. Acts of Nature (including earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and other natural
   disasters).
3. Damage caused by tree roots or other underground disturbances.
4. Use of chemicals and improper cleaning methods.
5. Failure to properly maintain, protect, and/or repair the products.
6. Damage resulting from third-party work or activity around the installed concrete
   (e.g., plumbing, landscaping, utility installations).
7. Damage caused by reflection (melting) or other flammable materials.
8. Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by
   this warranty.
9. Repairs or alterations made by anyone other than Rock N Block Turf N Hardscapes.
   10. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Limitations on Liability:

The purchaser must promptly inspect all products upon delivery. Notwithstanding anything
to the contrary, to the extent that any defects, shortages, or non-conformities in the products
are discoverable by inspection upon delivery, all obligations of Rock N Block Turf N

Hardscapes to the purchaser with respect to such defects, shortages, and non-
conformities shall be deemed satisfied, and all products shall be deemed free of such

defects, shortages, and non-conformities unless the purchaser notifies Rock N Block Turf
N Hardscapes of such defects, shortages, or non-conformities in writing within 30 days after
the date of delivery.

Assignment:

The purchaser may not transfer, convey, or otherwise assign any of its rights under this
warranty without prior written consent from Rock N Block Turf N Hardscapes. Any such
transfer or assignment without prior written consent shall be null and void and of no eDect.
