Edit: Coming back to show gratitude towards the companies approach to fixing an issue that I had, an immediate response on how to make things better and I highly appreciate the effort and I'm willing to show that in my review again they were marvelous to work with and would love to see their work again and hoping the strong communication continues.

I hate to give them such a low rating during the whole quote and project time they were marvelous, great response times and quick to finish a job well done. But. After that its like talking to a wall, every time I call for an issue im told the office will get back to me, first time it took nearly 3 weeks for them to finally contact me and to come fix an issue with the turf. This last time I called about 2 weeks ago and was told I will get a call back about plants growing between turf and concrete installed and about maintenance on my yard. Still nothing, for how expensive this project was I would expect a little better communication with your customers. Have more projects that we want done but due to poor communication probably won't be using this company again.

From start to finish they were great. The crew was always so polite and respectful. It's hard to find this level of customer service these days. When they were finished, the crew cleaned up not only their stuff but also a little more. I am so happy with how my yard turned out. My family and I will now be able to enjoy being outside. Can't thank you guys enough.

The install was professional and efficient and the entire Rock n Block team was supportive throughout the project. Our space has been transformed!

10/10 would recommend. I don't think I can even express how happy I am! We just purchased our first home and Greg and everyone at rock n block made this process so easy and stress free.
After meeting with Greg his confidence in the quality of his work was apparent. But not only that he made the business transaction into a personal connection. Unlike many others there was no one pushing me to do my project. When I was ready they delivered! My expectations were exceeded!

Due to rabbit and grub worm infestation I had Rock N Block remove and replace my front lawn with artificial turf. Paul came out and gave us a presentation on their product options and the process. He came with samples and explained how it was installed. He covered the entire process and showed us the samples, pictures of previous jobs and company reviews. After other estimates and reviews we decided to go with Rock N Block for the job. Thomas was assigned as the project manager. He came out to do final measurements and explained the next steps. The project was slated for the next week. Thomas and the crew showed up promptly and completed the project in a matter of a few hours. The results were fantastic the crew was truly masters of their craft. We are very pleased with the results . It was a great experience. Truly a great company for your hardscape projects 5 stars all day long

We recently utilized Rock N Block to have turf installed. They did a fantastic job and communicated very well throughout the project. Patrick, Jose I and Hector and the rest of the crew were a pleasure to work with!
